Take 5 Oil Change

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t pressure me into getting additional maintenance done.

This place advertises a 10 minute oil change but I was there 40-45 minutes. They took me right into a service bay so I thought it would be quick. After they popped my hood, I sat for 20 minutes with my engine running before realizing that there was only the one mechanic and he had two cars to finish before he got to me. They also don’t advertise their prices and now I know why. Full synthetic was $109 plus extra quart of oil, $11.99 plus shop fee of $4.50 plus tax. I had a $25 off coupon but still ended up paying $107 which is $20 more than I’ve ever paid anywhere else. So for price they get an F and quick service a D. The mechanic was very courteous and seemed knowledgeable and another fella cleaned my windshield which was nice but ultimately not worth the price. I don’t mind paying a little extra for the convenience of staying in my car for a “quick” oil change but this is not the place and I won’t be back. I arrived at about 10:40am and pulled out at 11:25. :(

Fast, friendly, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. They treated my vehicle like their own. I will be back.

Great experience! Very friendly... we were greeted and offered cold bottled water. We went in for an oil change, but were grateful they were able to take care of some other needs to get us ready for our upcoming trips.

Top notch service! Can’t beat getting to wait in your own car and the guys were so friendly. Thank you! I’ll definitely come back for my next oil change.
